Brett is a commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years combined industry experience. From his 10 years of property management experience with one of Central Ohio’s leading commercial real estate firms, Brett has an insider’s perspective on the demands of a property manager, understands how to keep operating costs down and what it takes to maintain tenant relations. Brett is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business with a B.S. degree in Business Administration focusing on Finance and Real Estate / Urban Development. Brett also maintains an Ohio Real Estate license. As the Chief Financial Officer, Brett oversees company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and the cost effective management of resources. Brett is also essential to developing and implementing strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth. Rob McDevitt Principal & COO
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Rob is a business management specialist with extensive hands on experience in employee-employer relations. His previous 17 years of experience in commercial sales and business management prepared Rob with the skills to oversee overall project management from start to finish. Rob ensures the quality of Pinnacle’s work from both employees and contractors, while prioritizing schedules and workload to meet clients’ budgets and timelines. Rob is also licensed with the Ohio Department of Agriculture. As the Chief Operations Officer, Rob oversees: the management of staff; work schedules and specific duties; directs and coordinates activities concerning the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products; establishes and implements department policies, goals, and objectives; ensures cost effective management of resources. Trent A. Douglas
Senior Account Manager
Trent joined Pinnacle in 2011 and brings over 20 years of experience to the team. Trent’s duties include landscape design, estimation, project management, business development, and client relations. Trent was raised in the landscaping industry with his family’s Garden Center and Hardscape Installation Company. In 2002, Trent earned his degree in Horticulture from The Ohio State University. Along with attending numerous classes and seminars in the landscaping and snow removal industry, Trent is a licensed Commercial Fertilizer and Pesticide Applicator and a certified Concrete Paver Installer. His vast industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and customer service skills makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
HOA Account Manager
Dawn joined Pinnacle in early 2019 and brings almost 30 years experience to the team. Dawn’s primary focus is to manage and grow our Homeowner’s Association business. Dawn brings her experience with high-end residential maintenance, landscape design, seasonal container design, project management, estimating, public speaking and freelance writing. In 2006 Dawn received a certification from The Ohio State University as a Certified Nursery and Landscape Technician. Dawn’s nearly 30 years in the green industry has given her a wealth of experience and knowledge in raising property value and appearances through landscape renovation and maintenance. Dawn’s customer service skills and responsiveness make her a strong asset on our team.
Residential Account Manager
Josh, our newest addition, joined Pinnacle in early 2017 to build our landscape construction, design/build, and residential installation division. Josh earned his degree in Horticulture from The Ohio State University in 2002 and brings over 25 years of experience in the landscape industry, including running his own successful landscape construction company for 15 years. Josh’s hard work and passion to create beautiful landscapes makes him a great addition to our team.
